a little bit of frisk {family photography, langley bc}

Once again I had the joy of photographing a friend of mine’s sweet family. Francine and I met a few years ago now when we, with our girls, were in a parent/tot gymnastics class together. I liked Francine right away. She’s just one of those people that draw other people, you know? Anyways, last year her son started coming to our school, and thankfully our boys were in the same class, so it gave us an opportunity to renew our friendship. And what’s really fun is this year our boys are in the same class, our girls are in the same class, and both of our youngest will be in at least the same grade. I don’t know anyone else with the same age spread as me, so it’s pretty fun. Although I don’t have one to match her oldest). Francine has very quickly become a very dear friend. She is so giving, and caring, and well, just wonderful in general. I adore her kids, they have always been little angels at my house and get along so well with my kids. I feel so blessed to have her in my life.

All that being said, I was really looking forward to taking their photos. We had been talking about it for a very long time! So I won’t make you wait any longer Fran!! Here are some of my favorites of this beautiful family:

We had some (*ahem*) time before dad arrived, so we got lots of great shots of the kids, both individually and together.
