There are SO many good things about this session. Partly, it was my first session back in over a month off, and my first outdoor session in even longer than that. Partly, it was the most glorious day. I won’t lie, it was pretty cold out there. But GORGEOUS!!! The fog was just lifting as we headed out which made for killer light. Partly, I got myself a pretty new camera that I was dying to put to use. It shoots a little different than my other one, so I had to figure it out a bit, but I love it. Love at first use
). But probably mostly, the people. I know, here I go again, but it’s true. They were a fabulous group, up for anything I had to throw at them. Their adorable little girl was amazing and so sweet!! Plus, they are a beautiful family.
I should warn you, the combination of all these wonderful things leads to me have far too many amazing images. So be prepared…there are a lot of photos on this post. I couldn’t help myself. Ready? First mom and her sweet girl (who is rather attached to mommy at the moment)

Um, hello beautiful child!

Now for a couple of just mom and dad. I have to say, these weren’t so easy to get. Seems a little someone wanted to get in on the snuggles. I found it quite entertaining
)

Here are a few I love of Gillian being bathed in that glorious light. I, once again, couldn’t pick a fave.

At this point we let Keith and Josie take off so I could have the mommy-to-be all to myself. And if I do say so myself, got some beautiful shots. I LOVE these next ones. I’ll quit rambling and just post the pictures. My favorites of the day (or the year! haha, so far)

Hope you enjoyed them!!! I should mention that my february is full and I still have a few spots in March, so if you are hoping for some spring photos, please contact me soon to ensure a spot! Thanks for looking! And Gillian – now you can go have that baby ;o)
