two {child photography, cancun mexico}

I know I am quite late on this, but hey, third child syndrome. I can blame it on that, right? My “baby” turned two (two!!!) the day we left for Mexico. I haven’t quite gotten around to his two year old session since we’ve been home, so I thought I would post a few of my favorite shots of him from our holiday.

This boy lights up my life. Truly. He is so funny, and smart and so darn cute. He makes me laugh thousands of times a day. At two he still adores his mommy and my days are filled with snuggles and cuddles that I cherish beyond measure. He loves to play hockey (obsessively actually) and basketball and soccer. I’m pretty sure he could sit on a swing for hours. And laugh as he swings. He adores his big brother and sister whom he calls “day-day” and “neh-neh”. Right now his big joke is to say “sow-we” (sorry) and laugh anytime someone asks for a hug or a kiss. I love it. And I don’t think it would be possible for him to have a greater smile. He gets that from his daddy. There are so many little things about this boy that I thank God for every single day. He is so loved and cherished and adored.

He is constantly smiling and laughing, hugging and kissing. I love these two with daddy. We love this boy.

My life didn’t feel complete until he was born. He made our family whole. He made me whole.

Kristi - Beautiful…the photos and your comments. I never knew true love until over 4 months ago when I gave birth to my sweet baby Lucas and because of that I can feel & understand the love you have for your son (and your other son & daughter) by reading this post because that is how I feel about Lucas. Motherhood, there is nothing greater in this world and you help capture it for each of us…my thanks :o )

Gloria Veer - Carmen, your children are all sooo beautiful! And also your pictures are awesome! I wish we lived closer, so you could take pictures of all our grandchildren. I haven’t met your Nr. 3 yet, so it was great to see so many cute pictures of him. He really is adorable! I can see a lot of his daddy in him. Keep up the great, talented picture-taking!

Love, Auntie Gloria
